Ingredients:
- 1 pack Gyoza Wrappers
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp Sake / Chinese Cooking wine
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 egg
- Soy sauce
- Green onions
- Napa cabbage
- Shiitake Mushrooms
- Garlic
- Black pepper
Directions:
- Mix hamburger, egg, vegetables, soy sauce, garlic, pepper and 1 tbsp oil.
- Fill in wrappers
- Pan fry and quickly put water and cover until it steams
